「Chad was very accommodating, and communication was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I never actually made it to his cute bungalow because I made an error when booking in Springfield, IL, and I should have booked in Springfield, OH.
Chad was thoughtful in understanding my circumstances and was reasonable in helping me out with a costly mistake. I really appreciate his kindness. I feel certain he is a gracious host and that his place is as described!

「Overall it was a nice place except for one glaring exception. It’s decorated nicely and mostly clean and well maintained. We stayed on the second floor. The glaring exception was an HVAC system.
