    You will have the entire 1st floor apartment 400sq ft. located only 10 minutes from New York City. Street parking with a permit is required ($10 fee per night). The home is fully renovated. The bus stop to NY/Times Square is a 1 minute walk. Restaurants and Shops are just 2 minutes away (walking). Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, couch has a queen pull out bed. One full bathroom, dinning and living room

Last Minute Travels

Overall security of the building and location outside of the city but right by the city was great! We arrived in town early and was allowed to checkin in early which was an added bonus being that we had a track meet in the city the same day! Apartment was very clean and smelled amazing! Only downfall was the parking resident and public parking by the apartment was horrible. But there is a parking lot available for 12hours about 10-13 mins walking and it’s pretty cheap. The parking on the next block beside the apartment won’t happen unless you are in there early and I mean 11am-2pm. But other than that it was a great stay!

Basic apartment accommodation that allowed us to have a base during the World Cup. Loved the apartment and the neighbourhood…..super accessible to shops, public transport and NYC. Local park provided football & friendship for my little boy whilst I enjoyed watching the most glorious sunsets over the Manhattan skyline and being looked after by the locals. Issue at the beginning, getting into accommodation as I had no comms, however Expedia contacted host & sorted on call and issue with poor cleaner being in an accident; however once place was accessed & cleaned the up turn started. I didn’t go into the apartment expecting 5 star so was overall pleasantly surprised…needs some work but as a base for a few weeks was perfect. The building has great neighbours and we were genuinely sad to leave. Oh just one thing….more info on recycling glass would have been helpful. We are hoping to return to Casa Yael in the future.
