The open layout features high ceilings, semi-floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious walk-in closets. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom for added privacy, while the other spaces are bright, airy, and perfect for both unwinding and entertaining. Ideal for both short and long stays! Parking & Entrance Information We offer one complimentary, assigned indoor garage parking spot within the building for your convenience. You will receive a transponder that grants you 24/7 access to the garage. If additional parking is needed, there is free street parking available nearby. Additionally, the property has elevator access from both the lobby and garage—no stairs are required to enter the unit. Getting Around For an easy, affordable ride around Jersey City, we recommend the "Via" app, a shared ride service similar to Uber, available for just $2 per ride within Jersey City. This is a great option to reach the nearby NJ Path subway station (just 7 minutes from the property) for a quick trip into NYC. Violations will be reported to Airbnb and may result in immediate eviction, with no refund. •No events, large gatherings, or loud music. •No hanging or lingering outside the property. •No smoking of any kind inside the unit. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if any smoke is detected. •No extra or overnight guests beyond those listed in the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the guest count exceeds the stated number. •No pets allowed. Please review all house rules in detail before booking. We reserve the right to retain the full security deposit if any of these rules are violated. While our neighborhood may not feature classic brownstones or high-end boutiques, it boasts a rich urban charm, local eateries, and parks that create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. Whether you're exploring nearby Riverview-Fisk Park or enjoying the lively community events, the Heights provides an authentic city experience while being just minutes away from the heart of New York City. Getting around is easy! The bus stop outside takes you directly to Times Square, or if you prefer, head to the PATH train – just 5 minutes by car or a 10-minute walk. The Holland Tunnel is also only 5 minutes away, making it a breeze to drive into NYC. You’re also close to the vibrant neighborhoods of downtown Jersey City and Hoboken. For added convenience, we offer indoor assigned parking in the building with elevator access, as well as trolleys to make your stay even smoother. Just a few additional details to keep in mind for your stay: -Whole Foods is a quick 5-minute drive from the apartment. -We ask that you remove your shoes throughout the apartment to keep it clean and fresh. -If you're planning a long-term stay (14+ days), feel free to message me for special rates.
