The man who was supposed to clean my room didn't really clean it. The bed had juice stains, the shower had someone else's soapy dirt on the wall tiles, he left old tissue on the bathroom floor, crumbs on the couch and chairs, and what looked like spaghetti wiped across the mirror by the couch. The place was completely booked and I was unfortunately stuck with a filthy room. No one maintains the hall areas very well or at all. The carpets had trash all over them. Very disappointing and frustrating stay. I'll only go to Homewood Suites from now on. This place was disgusting unfortunately.

We were there for 3 nights. We found trash under the bed when we arrived, the side of the fridge was covered in whatever the previous person had poured down it, and there was still trash under the sink. The shower was a choice. The shower curtain didn’t even cover anything but the middle of the tub because of the worst shower curtain rod I’d ever seen, so the bathroom was drenched whenever we showered. Breakfast wasn’t much. Staff was hard to find. Wouldn’t stay again, will definitely go elsewhere next year.

DON'T STAY HERE. We had fresh towels and the bed was made but room had not been cleaned. Bathroom sink was dirty. Bath tub was chipped and stained or dirty. Shower head had a leak and spewed water towards ceiling which ended up flooding bathroom floor. Room had kitchenette which is nice to have but microwave and stove top vent were rusty. These could be replaced for under $200 so don't know why a hotel wouldn't do this. Counter was dirty. Then room next door had a party playing music and loud people til at least 4am. I called front desk to ask them to address. He did not until 3rd call. He tried calling room and then knocked on their door around 1am. The people next door responded by getting louder. As a woman traveling with my son (we had gone to American Dream Mall for the weekend), I was afraid to confront them myself. I didn't feel safe. No coffee maker in the room either but there was a to go breakfast which we missed since we only got an hour or two of sleep. So, our day started later than planned and we were exhausted so took away from enjoying our trip.. Morning desk person was great and offered me manager # to complain to and maybe get a partial refund or credit. Have not contacted him yet. I won't try this chain again. I have used Expedia for years never had a bad stay. Expedia should consider dropping this chain from their line up. Lots of other bad reviews for this place. Unfortunately, I did not check reviews before booking.

This hotel has definitely seen better days. The staff does their best to keep it clean, and I appreciate their effort, but the property clearly shows its age. The building feels old and damp, and there are visible patchwork repairs throughout the hallways and rooms. The furniture is outdated, and the hallways, rugs, and kitchen areas are all in serious need of renovation. Overall, the hotel would greatly benefit from an urgent remodel.
