This hotel was roach infested smelt like pets and cigarettes. The carpets were dirty and smelly!!! no toilet paper, no staff was present to deal with the issues, like, the toilet being clogged!!! We were told the we could come to the front desk to get s plunger and do it ourselves because their was no staff to handle it!!

We booked 3 nights here because it said its close to metlife stadium, paid different prices each night. Approximately $130, $170, $180 for each different nights, all in all with taxes and other fee we paid about $500+ total. Room smell really musty even with the exhaust fan on all day and no amount of room freshenercould even help it. Then again the exhaust fan is clogged with dust that has probably pile up since the first day they open. Staffs are only there during certain hours. There are no amenities provided, not even a simple soap. No complimentary water, for the amount we pay this is horribly cheap of them. Anything that should be in the kitchen isn't there and you have to ask for it from the front desk. The pillow is old and clumpy. You can constantly feel vibration from the moving vehicles outside. If you're considering this place because it's near metlife, don't. It's not actually that near and I'd rather stay a little further away instead on staying at this place.

The room was spacious and the stove and refrigerator was a bonus. Plus they could supply you with plates, pans, or dishware if need be. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would stay here repeatedly if it was my choice.

Nothing about this property was worth liking. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There were roaches crawling around my room, and I even found them on my bed, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The room was also supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled like stale cigarette smoke mixed with other unpleasant odors the entire time. The room felt dirty, unsanitary, and poorly maintained. I couldn’t relax or sleep comfortably because of the bugs and the horrible smell. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is helpful at the front desk. I would recommend for guests to bring their own utensils and cookware as it may be late in the night to ask for pots and pans or cutlery. It's a quiet place and hidden from the traffic of the highways near by. Parking is also good as well. Just make sure you walk thru your room before you settle in to make sure it meets your needs and standards. Overall, very nice place and stay.

This place really almost gets it right. Im on the 5th floor. The carpet is just absolutely disgusting. For days it isnt vacuumed and there are no less than 3 large, dark stains in the middle of it. The 2nd and 3rd floors had decent, clean carpeting - the 5th floor is just forgotten I guess. Front desk is routinely unmanned - which can be frustrating. HOWEVER - exterior of property is clean and kept. Rooms are large and so is the TV. Price is great too...so there's that :)

No one available to help with any issues in the room (TV and toilet didn't flush properly). Parking lot littered with garbage. Not lit well at night, especially at the edges of the parking lot. Cribs are not an available amenity. Hallway smelled. No air conditioning in hallway when waiting for the elevator that took forever every time. I think they only have one luggage cart. Signage indicated that a room key is required to enter the building after 11pm. Door was not locked when I got back after midnight.

They have extremely sensitive fire alarms that went off in the middle of the night and cleared the building for an hour. There are signs everywhere to warn guests but someone decided it didn’t apply to them.

I was in the hotel for 7 days and my room was not accessed to be clean. Hallways are old and dirty. I will not stay there anymore. It seems like they used that hotel for "Shelter"? The Worst selection that I had ever picked.
