The room was not entirely clean,found a woman's hair clip and hair under the edge of the bed,couldn't adjust the ac/heat for comfort and LASTLY why should any paying guest have to pay for parking when it should be a given, that really was an insult, I know that thing's change however I personally have been doing business with this hotel every since it was the Sheraton not just as a guest but also an event planner and coordinator for a major company in NJ( this can be fact checked) and I have stayed loyal because of the service in the past and present but I will be taking my business elsewhere BASED upon the parking charges Yesterday when I arrived I made the inquiry about the signs in the parking area and a nice gentleman at 1pm told me not to worry about it,however when I returned for check in at 3 the young lady informed me that it was required,so of course I paid to a 3rd party so i was told a total of 28.47 to park from 3pm until 730am which the time I left for my flight,that was not 24 hrs which is ridiculous,so in closing the parking for a hotel guest should be included not an extra

Room could have been cleaner (we found old t-shirts tucked away in the corner that had been left from previous guests and not cleaned by the housekeeping staff). Our fridge was also leaking and there was water on the floor because of this.

The bathroom was dirty. There was less than half roll of toilet paper. We had to call twice for them to bring tissue. The ice machine only works on two floors. I ordered a burger and the top bun was missing. I couldn't get in contact with anyone to correct my order. I called the front desk a numerous amount of times and nobody answered. I cut my finger in the elevator and the front desk didn't have bandages or a first aid kit. Ill never stay there again!!

The area seemed safe. Employees at Starbucks and Bar were really nice and personable. The girl in the front at check in seemed ok not the regular welcome to our hotel and have a great stay type of check in process. Usually we are told about amenities, what to check out in the hotel…that was completely absent. The room was outdated, sheets were stained and pillow cases were stained. You guys need to know when to donate or toss these out…it’s disgusting. The bathroom…outdated…looked dirty as well but could be stains. No microwave…I heard someone complain about there being no ice the entire hotel except the bar. No fridge in the room…bare minimum to be able to stay 2 nights tops and be on your way. You also pay to park here.

Not a bad hotel for the cost. The rooms were a little rough, the elevators went out of service when we wanted to leave. There’s no free breakfast. Other than that, the location to American Dream and MetLife stadium will bring us back.

I was surprised at how nice and pleasant the hotel is. It is great value. I heartily recommend it for business clients and friends. Will certainly use it again. Non local people may not be aware but East Rutherford and Secaucus are major transit and tisd hubs to the whole NY metropolitan area, the United States east coast and beyond. Trains and buses to NYC take ten to fifteen minutes. Closer and prices explode. My one regret is I had no time to explore the American Dream Mall. Thank you. I complain well for bad experiences. But then great places deserve praise.

We didn’t receive the room we booked and when we had asked for an extra pull out bed we were told it’ll be brought up to the room. Hours went by and nothing. 3 people had to sleep on a queen bed. The toilet in the bathroom was also peeling and the sink was clogged.

Our rooms were paid for a month in advance i added message same day, I called 5 days before of allergies and need for adjoining rooms and because they have a new owner coming on in November they decide that customer service is not important. I was hung up on my issues and allergies were not important. They say to give free shuttle service to MetLife but not true they say give a Starbucks gift card nop their lies on their website because I did not order on their website. Only reason stay here because I’m going to game they were more worried about the event they had that day that one of the rooms the window curtains or shades would not open room smelled musty. I asked for no feathers they had down pillows in my room. They did not care of my allergy and health concern. but got paid almost 600 dollars even pool was closed looked distorted from what I saw through the cracks the new owner has work to do. Pretty setting but needs work.

To star the check in is a 4 pm and by 9 am they were nuking at the door to get us out. The room wasn’t very clean. I don't think ill be back there again

I'm unsatisfied with my stay here as I wanted to book a friendly budget get away for the weekend. However, upon my arrival I was not greeted properly at the front desk. The young lady seemed very disinterested in her job, no enthusiasm whatsoever. I then proceeded to go to my room in which there was trash bags and dirty towels laying there for hours in the hallway. The walls are very thin and I couldn't rest well from hearing doors slamming majority of the night next door.
