“Room was clean but after I was given the ok to check in a little later than 3, we arrived and had to wait an additional 30 minutes because the room wasn't clean yet. Then on 2 separate occasions we tried to use the pool and it was out of order. Then I was given a price on Expedia and charged nearly double after the stay.”

“ROACHES! We stayed for only one night as it was the only hotel available. It was definitely run down and dirty. When we woke up, there were at least 6 dead roaches on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. When we told the site manager the next morning at check out he basically said they never had that issue but when I showed him a picture, he changed his story and said it was because of the heat. Don't recommend.”

“Very clean room, the owners were very nice! A perfect area, walking distance to the beach and the town. Fresh homemade treats were brought to our door everyday aswell!! Recommend staying here”

“The property is charming and historic. With that the room was tiny and awkward. The sink was in the bedroom and there only two electrical outlets. One for the window A/C and the other behind the bed. Great breakfast. Two coffee options, various hot and cold choices. Porches to sit out and enjoy the fresh sea air. Street parking was no problem. Just a few steps from the beach and boardwalk. One other unusual item was the doorknobs. They are very low. You have to bend down really low to lock……

“The room had a weird unpleasant smell. Only stayed a night, and my son and I a woke up with irritated throat and headache. The hotel then charged me unjust incidental fee for the unpleasant, that after I reached out to them, the property manager said will be reversed, but that still have not been done. I wish it was communicated to me, that they will charge me, then I would have explained that the smell in the room was there when we arrived. We did not had good experience when saying there.”

“There was nothing that was good about the property. My phone in my room did not work. It was dead. I had to call the main desk through my cell phone. I called them a couple times to fix my phone, but it was not done. There were screaming kids running down the corridors at 10 at night. I had to ask the main desk to complain about them and to shut the kids down. I had no Internet I had no Wi-Fi so yes, there was no tv control. I had to ask for it They had to go look for a remote for me . After……

“We paid for an ocean view and we could hardly look out due to the condensation and old windows. But to be fair they have improved a lot in the past 2 years.”
