Summary:
Located on the 18th floor of the luxurious tower residence "Savyon View," this quiet apartment offers breathtaking panoramic views of Jerusalem. From the balcony, you can enjoy an incredible vantage point overlooking the majestic Temple Mount, as well as the mountains of the Dead Sea and the desert.
The apartment comes with a range of amenities to enhance your stay, including a plasma TV, Smart TV, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Additionally, 24-hour security and a welcoming lobby provide peace of mind and convenience.
The prime location places you right in the heart of Jerusalem. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the enchanting Old Town, while the famous "Mahané Yehouda" markets are just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is also conveniently situated just 2 minutes from the tram, as well as an array of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping malls.
Everything you need for a pleasant and memorable stay is provided in this comfortable and well-equipped apartment.
The Space:
Living room: comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, plasma screen.
Luxurious fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, crockery.
Dining room: magnificent views of Jerusalem and dining area
Master suite: double Queen size bed, large plasma TV, bathroom with modern walk-in shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2: Double bed with a pull-out bed that opens to make another double bed or 2 single beds.
Bathroom: additional bathroom.
Laundry room: washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
AC/central heating.
Double glazing in the living room and bedrooms.
Electric curtains in the living room.
Cot available upon request.
Linen, towels, and soap provided.

4 elevators
The building is suitable for "Shomer Shabbat" (Sabbath observant ). The locks are mechanical, and there is a Shabbat elevator, hot plate (plata), and an urn for hot water for Shabbat (koumkoum). Hope this helps.

The entire apartment and all of its amenities are available to you, including a private parking
spot. The building has an incredible garden that is located on the 10th floor and overlooks the
city that you are welcome to use.
