Any time there was a problem, the staff addressed it immediately. Parking was convenient, and the maid service was excellent."

"Charming vintage rustic feel with a clean touch. Easy access to hotel from airport. There is a pharmacy, a small convenience store and restaurant built into the first floor. Owner and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Perfect location to all old city attractions and buses to Bethlehem right outside the Jaffa gate. There is a nice modern outdoor strip mall outside gate next to hotel as well with restaurants and shops."
