「The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym.」

「There are two problems that overshadow any positives about this place. I did not receive any information about check-in procedures prior to my arrival. When I arrived I found out that a code is needed to enter the property and there is no one who answers the doorbell. I got in when some guests opened the door to leave. The reception was empty. There were lockboxes on the wall, so I understood that I need to get information on my capsule number and lockbox code. There is one mobile phone number...
