The the receptionist at check in was helpful, at check out careless, so I wasn’t sure I wanted to leave a review, since I was disappointed from my overnight stay, but it might help others so I’ll try be objective. So I ordered a superior something room. Not fancy just above the standard, with a queen bed, not double. The first room we were checked had 3 singe which 2 of them just attached. We went down asked if we can get queen bed. We were immediately checked to other room, we went up again, the room wasn’t clean, with all the signs of a previous visitor, bed, towels etc. We went down, and since we didn’t look for an argue we asked another room, and gave the desk all the time they need to find it, no rush. After 15min we were suggested a room with upgrade at no charge. We went up for the third time. The electronic key didn’t work, we went down again the desk guy just gave us a normal key. Happily we got in. So the room was ok, a bit worn out, but we didn’t care since we needed a clean bed with a clean bathroom. So the bathroom had no light just the mirror light which is romantic but not very helpful at all times. The toilet was dirty, and it’s normal since how can you clean without light. So we cleaned it ourself’s. The bed sheets were clean, but with many old stains, including blood one, at the corner… luckily we didn’t have to sleep at this corner. We checked out the next morning, we didn’t complain, just go over the rejects we found. The reception didn’t give much care….
