no shower gel from the first day we checked in. we had to call the reception, but they did not have the bottles refilled. And then we had to call the reception again, and they sent someone to give us some small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The following day still no one had the shower gels ...

A beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. I was allowed an early check-in and a late checkout. I was able to witness Shabbat and was in walking distance to all the beautiful treasures of our beautiful city.
