I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, I stayed there for 8 nights, the staff are friendly and helpful. Pros: location closest to everywhere in the city, friendly staff Cons: sometimes the room is not thoroughly cleaned, the floor is not mopped sometimes

Great service with good location
Excellent service, allowed early check-in due to early flight and prepare breakfast box for the early day tour. Very helpful staff and pleasant experience staying there. The hotel is located the old city, close to Zion gate.

Convenient to shopping and sightseeing
The location in old city is so convenient to shopping and sightseeing. Having the breakfast in the ancient building was so delightful. I would not forget the view on the roof. So impressive.
