The house combines rustic charm from past times with modern comfort. The apartment is located on the first floor; the lower floor is currently unoccupied.
Living with history: The low ceiling height gives the house an authentic and cosy atmosphere. In the living room, you will find a comfortable couch and a high-quality leather armchair with electric relaxation function – ideal for relaxing evenings.
Kitchen & Equipment: The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your stay: dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with two burners, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The main bedroom features a cosy double bed (2 x 2 m). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub – perfect for relaxing after an active day.
For more than two people, there is a separate bedroom with two single beds as well as an additional small living room with its own TV. The 600 m² garden with terrace invites you to linger: barbecue, relax or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. Another holiday home is located right next door, so together up to seven sleeping places are available. Ideal for large families or groups of friends.
Everything you need for daily life can be found nearby: a grocery store with butcher and bakery as well as a beverage market. Various restaurants and snack bars provide culinary variety. Leisure activities such as a bicycle pump track, tennis courts, hiking and cycling trails through the nearby Kellerwald, as well as several lakes, are right on your doorstep. Please note that the accommodation is located on the first floor.
