“The host was extremely responsive. Inquiries were answered in minutes, not hours. The location was extremely convenient to Hunter Mountain!”

“The host was lovely however I regret to say that the place was filthy. The cluttered kitchen had a layer of grime on everything, all the dishes and pots and pans looked dirty, the garbage pail in the kitchen hadn't been emptied, the box holding the paper towels was dusty and full of crumbs, and the tea kettle was so grungy that I didn't even want to touch it. The water in the bathroom sinks smelled like sulphur. The downstairs toilet was so noisy and running all night that it kept me up most……

“Good trio. Hot tub was great! There is a basketball court nearby for the kids. We went during off season so very quiet and safe. Townspeople were nice. We came a bit early and met the cleaning crew, who were locals. They were very nice and gave is helpful tips. Place was clean, relatively spscious, nice fireplace. It was good trip. Only downside was I wsd expecting the kids to have pool access. But the property hsd closed it for the season. Bummer, but not a big deal as the kids could play……

“Last minute booking. Owner was wonderful. Cleaner, very nice. Clean and private location needed for family meeting. Not hard to get to. Relatives from out of the area, found it with ease. The area has very spotty internet connections. Once on cabin internet, it was just fine, in and outside of the cabin. Stove plate burners, propane grill, a good sized microwave and counter top convection oven.”

“Had a wonderful time. And the host was easy to communicate with place was very clean. Parking was amazing. Also finding food was very easy. The sightseeing around the area was amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at use the fire pit to make amazing s’mores for my little one and family, easy check-in and the host respond to your message. Super fast couldn’t ask for anything better.”

“2 large king size bedroom first floor, 3 single bed bedroom in the 2nd floor. Very spacious kitchen/living room area. Close to Hunter. House is clean.”

“You get what you pay for - cheap, not value. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning because it was barely touched - even dining table and chairs had crumbs and spill stains. The coffee maker was black inside the water compartment. I had to pick up silverware and dish soap from the dollar store because there was only 2 forks and spoons for a place advertised for 6 and no dish soap to clean dishes. I’m confident my cleaning and items I left behind for the next guests will be reimbursed by karma. Oh,……
