I checked in on 4/5 and the Check in was torture.
There were huge lines and I had to wait in line for more than an hour.
We were a part of 5 families and I had earlier requested to accommodate rooms for all of us on the same floor which was accepted over the service call but was denied during checking in. we all got different floors.
After that it was all smooth and no issues
