「PRICE IS QUITE UNDERPRICE AND EVERYTHING IS QUITE GOOD.」

「The hotel smelled stale when I arrived. (This resolved in a few hours or I got used to the smell). One of the front desk people smelled like he had not showered in days. The elevators were small, cramped and very old. My one compliment is that the pool looked nice and the lobby was lovely. The servers at the restaurant were not attentive. They just chatted with each other. If I wanted a drink, I had to physically get up out of my chair to get them to come over. I thought maybe it was an...

「It's nice with good service, just a little bit far from the city.」

「Clean room, Great Food and Great service」

「Expensive restaurant and bar menu」

「the room was spacious, clean, heritage style, love the solid marble floor, the pool/garden view. the location is perfect for a good rest/sleep, very quiet, surrounded by trees/garden, waking up to bird songs and greenery... very refreshing for a big, busy city, and it is centrally located not in the outskirt of the city. Breakfast was included in my booking, good spread of Indian and continental and can be taken either in the dining room or the garden. the staff was helpful, wifi was free. ...

「The hotel is nice and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and courteous; however, the pool needs maintenance and a good cleaning—it's a shame there's been this neglect.」

「The hotel staff is very friendly.」

「兄弟都很親切幫助。代訂機票服務很好。」

「STAY AWAY from this Hotel. I stayed here on 1st Jan with my family . We booked a Triple Occupancy ( 3 adults and 1 Kid ) Room. I checked in around 3PM and requested extra bed as per our booking. They never provided an extra bed. I went to the reception 3 times and the receptionist was keep saying that he will send someone but it never happened , we all slept in one bed. TOILET FLUSH works only after around 15 mins after a flush. I saw multiple people complaining about their rooms at the...

「Room was big and comfortable and modern. The hotel is clean overall but the restaurant has a limited vegetarian menu and items listed on menu may not be available. The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. 」

「I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... Breakfast and lunch weren't available at the hotel as...

「Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....
