"Staff was very helpful during the stay. Found the amenities to be good. Stayed in one of the suites It was spacious and comfortable, but some of the stuff looks a little worn. In room dining was good. Drinks at the downstairs restaurant were also good."

"This is THE hotel to stay in Beijing for a balance of quality, service, location and basic amenities (breakfast). I thought my stay there was exceptional. Is it a 5 star world class luxury hotel experience? for the staff I'd say yes, but the hotel is quite good nevertheless. I'd stay here again. Gerome was an excellent help during my stay, and quite accommodating. The ladies at the reception did a great job as well. Just keep in mind for some tours and didi (chinese uber) the pickup is a walk down to the main street, which is an easy 3-4 minute walk. But the trade off is the hotel is in a quiet little street."

"Great location, staff were kind to allow us to have late checkout until 2pm with no extra charge. Breakfast was very large and good variety, able to accommodate allergies too. The rooms were spacious enough and very clean."

"This was a very nice place to stay. It was conveniently located. There's a metro stop right there so that can help you get around. The Wi-Fi was a little iffy in the room that we were in, but I don't know that that would be the case everywhere. The staff was helpful. When we needed help with booking tickets and things like that, there was a person acting as a concierge who was able to help. If I was going back I would stay there again."
