「Was absolutely beautiful amazing staff very helpful perfect place to relax . However It is of the beating track so would recommend having your own form of transport or use wiki lock for local foot paths 」

「Very nice hotel! It looks modern, sleek, clean. Staff was always helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is in the middle of a business/Industrial site, still nice and no noisy. Alicante and Elche are about 20-25 minutes away. They provided boxed water in the room which was nice. Breakfast was consistent and good quality. The only thing is that they closed their pool area at 8pm, and it is spring/ summer time! Sun is still out and hot ;) We were a group of 9, I would stay again!」

「Jag och min fru bokade 2 veckor här och all inklusive. Stort hotell med 14 våningar och bara 4 jämt upptagna hissar, det borde ha varit minst 8 hissar. Totalt 4 kaffe maskiner och 2 utav dem var ur funktioner och den tredje maskinen gick sönder, lång kö för att hämta kaffe och matsalen var fullt med folk, det här pågick i flera dagar. Dricksvatten från handpumpen var inte drickbara och personalen sprang runt i matsalen för att dela dricksvatten i vattenflaskor, totalt kaos nästan varje dag....

「No security! Expect aimless wannabe social media stars from other hotels clogging up the lifts and wondering aimlessly around your corridors whilst burying their heads into their phones. Could be a fantastic hotel but it feels unsafe. Also needs repainting and the housekeeping was poor, not allowing change of towels or more bog roll!」

「Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent. It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first & foremost, which was frustrating as we are Scottish but after living in Spain for 21 years & speaking Spanish was very frustrating. My wife suffered an injury due to water leaking into the floor...
