You have to change slippers when you entered the hotel. But it was difficult to walk up and down the stairs in them. I even fell down from the staircase because the slippers were just too big for me... The staff knows when we were out and reserve the slippers for us on the step. That’s good. We booked a room without bathroom and toilet. The size is big, but the room itself is actually quite old. The bedsheets were pretty old but i believe they are cleaned. The toilet area is clean. The bathroom (I.e the hotspring) area was excellent. Breakfast was ok. We looked for lunch but the staff didn’t know the restaurants were closed on that day (maybe it was wed?) and we wasted time walking here and there to find lunch. At last we drove 15 mins to another area. Couldn’t book dinner in hotel because it was full, but the staff helped us to book the nearby restaurant which opens at night.
