「Pessimo il personale. Senza dare spiegazioni hanno prelevato nuovamente prezzo della camera, che avevo già pagato online. Ho pagato due volte. Dopo varie richieste di spiegazione con l'aiuto di un interprete. La promessa della restituzione. Fra quanto tempo?」

「其實酒店整體很好，只是地區不太方便。比如由門口進去酒店步行要7-8分鐘，附近沒有什麽逛的」

「服務非常一般啦流，滑雪超方便。」

「五星級酒店一定有指定的服務質素。 但我今次要特別讚一位大堂經理。名字叫Eric, 當我在最後一天退房時，行李特別多及忙亂時遇到他真是很好。 不但主動行過來幫我推行李，還很親切地幫我安排行李上到預訂的私家車上。 他的服務已經超越了他的工作範圍。 但是很主動及有禮貌協助我。當刻覺得非常感激。 還有我是住在4322房，執房姐姐也很好，很有禮貌，十分親切。我下次到長春一定再來住在長春凱悅酒店。 」

「飯店位於中心區很熱鬧附近很多餐廳商店很方便, 飯店房間算大床舖也很舒服, 浴室也不小設備都有, 算很舒適的4星商務飯店. 」

「Late late arrival due to flight delay. Could not find the menu - strangely later found it on the TV screen. Called and they only have fried rice (Yangzhou Style), which is fine. The room service attendant sounded like almost fallen asleep and knew NOTHING. Two persons came to deliver my fried rice (with no shrimp and sparsely with tiny diced ham) - seems in for some tips. Found two piece of eyebrows in the dish of rice of colossal size - almost puked. The room was too big, but there's nothing...
