“This is a wonderful holiday home with the luxury of a good sized pool (maybe around 3.5m x 7m). A 7-seater vehicle with driver was provided to us free of charge during our stay 8 hours per day, except the check-in and check-out day, which was most convenient. In-villa massage was superb at great value (US$ 17 per hour) and was available even late in the evening (10pm and after) so we could still use the service after the kids went to bed. All-in-all a perfect holiday. There are only a couple……

“The villa matched the photos perfectly and was honestly such a beautiful place to stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was a huge plus too. It’s in a great spot, close to cafes, shops, and plenty of attractions, so we could easily explore without spending too much time in traffic. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which set the tone right from the start. A special shoutout……

“Booked the traditional villa somehow ended up saying I booked the classic villa. Never saw pics or any about classic villa until I was standing in it. Online said was 4 min walk to beach, ended up being 15 min walk to beach and in completely different location. Tried to cancel booking through Expedia and owner both said no. Owner wouldn’t speak to Expedia. Online check in instructions said to contact owner 48hrs before check in. Tried to contact multiple times, even had Expedia try. No contact……

“The property was tied and run down. The bed headboard fell off through the night. 3 rooms to the facility and 2 only had cold water not hot. Sheets and towels were discoloured and brown. The property was once grand however its lack of maintenance made it an unpleasent experience.”

“Mr Andy and him team are the best. Nothing was ever an issue. The team catered to any requests we had. But the most notable thing for us was Mr Andy’s willingness to share his beautiful culture. We were offered the most amazing breakfasts and ideas on things to do and see. He arranged massages and transport with ease and his efforts made for the most memorable holiday in Bali. We can not thank him enough. 6⭐️s for Mr Andy. We will be back! ”

“Very comfortable stay at the villa resort for 1 night. The facilities were excellent, the only downside is the food didn't match as the food was adequate, but not in keeping with the luxurious facilities.”
