Housekeeping was incredibly attentive — they refreshed our room twice a day and always made sure everything was spotless. What touched us the most was the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday, preparing a lovely surprise that made the day unforgettable. Every interaction with the team was warm, professional, and genuine. My girlfriend and I felt truly cared for throughout our stay — it was one of the happiest times we’ve shared together. I can’t thank the Shangri-La team enough for their exceptional hospitality. "Quiet, clean and modern room. Centrally located. Appreciate the convenient laundry facilities, coffee machine 24hrs and adequate breakfast although it can get super busy at certain times (but the hotel does advise guests of this)"
