"This was an incredible hotel, everything was brand new, and the staff were more than accommodating to our pets. They arrived with beds, bowls, and toys with treats. "The room was luxurious, the service from the staff was impeccable! I checked in asking where I could smoke but instead the staff checked me in a smoking room! The next day I didn't want cleaning one because I'd prefer some privacy and would prefer it done the following day and the cleaning staff actually stocked up extra water and coffee whenever they came into clean also wrote very nice and kind notes like "Welcome home!" Also on the same evening I checked in, I noticed my coat button dropped and I asked for a sewing and it was promptly sent to me! Amazing!"
