The service from pre arrival, to airport pickup, to our 2 night stay, all the way to the dropoff at the station was incredible, everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and friendly. "I was a little skeptical when booking this stay due to a lack of review availability. I was later told that this was their first time on Expedia. That being said, I’m very glad to have booked this stay. Mr. Wang did a great job, he was always available, did his best to give recommendations and communicate. He even made sure that I ate and was comfortable. I stayed in tent 2 which had a gorgeous view. This was a perfect place to stay for a few nights stay, but even if you wanted to stay longer you definitely could! They had many amenities, just like your luxury hotels. The location might be a little secluded but that adds to the experience of glamping. Thank you all for making my first experience in Zhangjiajie smooth and comfortable. - Mimi :) "
