Dissapointed

We had a terrible time checking in. We almost had to leave. They had no information regarding our reservation. Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Reviews of 10 score were misleading.

Estadia pessima! O hotel está instalando alguns apartamentos. O barulho é terrível! Impossivel uma habitação nesse ambiente! Chegamos no sábado. Tudo bem! No domingo. Tudo bem! Mas na segunda começou o suplício! Um inferno! Saimos na terça logo pela manhã. No Check-in indagamos se o hotel continuaria a receber hóspedes.
