「My husband and 2 daughters stayed for 7 nights at the Gastof Eiserne Hand while visiting the area to ski and watch the Free Ride World Tour event. They had the most amazing hospitality from Markus and Micel and stated "it was the best place we have ever stayed". 「The staff when I check in is so nice and patient to explain the location and how to stay and ski in the area with great details. I really appreciate. The hotel is easy to access with minutes walk to the beautiful village. The location is very close to the ski area with bus transportation for two stations, or 10 minutes walk. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and warm. The breakfast is also very nice. I enjoyed the stay. 」

「Alles war super und zufriedenstellend. Parkhaus kostenlos genutzt Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir waren sehr begeistert von der großen Suite und der Badewanne im Wohnbereich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen und alles auch zu Fuß und Bus erreichbar. Kann jedem empfehlen dort Urlaub zu machen.Wellness und Spa auch sehr luxuriös.」

「Die Fotos sind sehr vorteilhaft gemacht. Es ist schon in Ordnung aber auch in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen fanden wir zu hart. Im Schwimmbad sind die Fliesen sehr glatt und man sollte höllisch aufpassen um nicht zu stürzen! Das Frühstück war in gut das Personal war nett. Beim Checkin fand ich den Mitarbeiter nicht ganz so freundlich.」

「No kitchen in our room. Room was clean but we only had the cleaner come in twice in 6 nights. View was fabulous. Comfortable bed. Staff was super nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the Expedia site reported that this property has a hot tub but it does not. I am not sure whether the error is on the part of Expedia or the hotel, but I wanted to point that out. 」
