We showed up early and the renter let us in and was super cool about it. The beds were comfortable and the every room has a smart TV which is unheard of. The location is pretty and on a quiet street and the drive to downtown was close and easy. couldn’t recommend this property enough. I would certainly go back. I’m the kind of person who can ALWAYS find something wrong. I had no issues here .

I have family in the area and stayed at Newton’s Nest last year. I had such a good experience I didn’t look at any other properties when I was planning a return trip. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating, property is clean, well-appointed, and charming in a quiet neighborhood.

Property was very clean and well kept. Just the right size for what we needed. We only had one issue. We could not find a broom and dust pan. We wanted to sweep up some debris from the trees we drug in our shoes but couldn’t find a broom. Was a great place and would stay again.

Quick overnight before college visit to ETSU. Cute place, however maybe a bit too much decor. We had to move some to put our stuff down. Over all nice place!

This house was perfect for our group. Conveniently located to the Johnson City Country Club (15 minutes), downtown (15 minutes), Walmart (5 minutes), fast food (5 minutes). House was well appointed with everything that was needed. We loved being able to bring our daughter's dog with us. We would definitely stay here again.

House was very nice, in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes to Publix. The host was responsive and accommodating. My only critique would be that maybe a couple of different pan options, 1 with a lid. I used the kitchen because I was visiting my husband and stepson who are working out of town and living in a hotel, wanted to make them feel at home.

Perfect for our quick getaway! Loft was fun for our daughter and allowed plenty of room. Loved that we could bring our dog. Christmas decorations were perfect, as we came to see lights and the Christmas parade. Neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you need. Cozy and comfortable! Thank you for allowing us to check in early!
