「Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation」

Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location.」

「This was a great and classy hotel. We loved the food from Wellington's restaurant as we ordered it using room service and everything was wonderful. Very spacious and the staff were friendly, courteous and supportive. For the price of a 1 night stay the value was great. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again. We didn't even get a chance to view or use the weight room and spa on the lower level but we will next time we stay.」
