B&B in Johnson County

"Charm and character abound in this lovely farmhouse. Loved our overnight stay and would definitely book gain."

"Love the history and staff."

"Wheeler's Inn was a great place to stay! It's perfect for hikers, having free water, snacks, coffee or tea, a cozy sitting area and a front porch with rockers. Guests have their own bedroom and a shared bathroom. Great beds and plenty of towels and toiletries available. I'll definitely be staying here again when I'm section hiking in the area."

"We had a wonderful time. The inside was absolutely beautiful. We were not lacking for anything. The host and hostesses were very nice and we really did enjoy our stay and slept like babies. The only thing I have a suggestion about is that when you first pull up it does not have any curb appeal which may turn people off. You wouldn't know that it was a bed and breakfast from the outside"

"Cozy bed & plenty of clean linens. Nice shower. Owner very nice & hands on. Property not well maintained but is now on market. Breakfast was simple but could have had eggs one morning instead of mostly carbs. Property centrally located between Boone & Banner Elk for plenty of activities."

"Beautiful setting! Unique property Rustic yet sophisticated. Food is outstanding Music on the porch on Sundays is wonderful"

"The staff was so welcoming and accommodating! The breakfast provided was amazing!"

"This lodge is a beautiful location and very comfortable for a retreat from daily life. Stay and explore the North Carolina mountains!"
