「It was really a nice room for being a cabin. Well layed out. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very accommodating. Had to leave a day early as I injured my knee and staff worked with Expedia to get my money refunded. Unexpected surprise.」

「Love the included breakfast!」

「Nice old-school hotel that has recently been remodeled. The owner was working the desk and was very nice. I would stay there again.」

「The hotel is under new ownership and you can see that they are working to upgrade it but it has a long way to go. It is just simply an old building. Bottom floor rooms open up to the outside. Pool is outside so not usable in the winter months. Very loud fan going all night. But the topper was the poor breakfast in the morning. All the milk containers were expired and sour. The one 5 star about the hotel…all the help we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. They really are trying to...

「This is truly a hidden gem- Heaven on Earth! Highly recommend!!!!! So thankful to the owners for making their property available for others to enjoy and appreciate!!!!」

「This was in a great location and spotless clean. Another thing that was great is that there is a small restaurant/bar practically next door. Downtown Buffalo is literally one block away. We could walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The beautiful Buffalo Greenway walking path is right there. One morning I went west about teo miles on the pathway which runs next to Clear Creek. I loved the location. The bed and pillows were ultra comfortable.」

「Clean, comfortable, convenient and affordable!」

「Great location. Clean and cozy. The bathroom is way small and the unit needs a new air conditioner.」

「Don't stay here. If you don't enjoy funky charming properties in fun walkable areas. Or if you don't appreciate in touch and tuned in property owners.Place was clean and the kitchen really well equipped. Cindy even had everything included to make and drink coffee, also Expresso. Ideal for a family of four with the extra twin beds in the main living space. Yes, the floors creak and the electric is in conduit but the building dates from 1894 and many of the original bones are still there. That's...

「What a super place to stay, Parking at the back of the property. The largest property we stayed in, great facilities. Huge bedroom, lounge area (best TV option as able to use my Netflix), fully stocked kitchen with a lovely surprise of banana bread waiting for us in the freezer (very thoughtful and delicious) and the largest bathroom I've ever seen with washer and dryer should you need it. We met the owner who showed us around another of his apartments which was even larger. He was very...
