“This property was old which wasn't a problem it was quaint but the fern room was comically small, felt like the top half of a barn, like the whole building was probably a barn. The room had ladybugs & flys, the ladybugs didn't bother me but the flys were making horrible buzzing sounds & we couldn't sleep so we had to kill the flys but left the ladybugs alone. Other flys never came back so that was good, perhaps someone left a door open. You could easily hear the rooms nearby like a simple radio……

“The Old Stagecoach Inn is not an ultra modern hotel and not trying to be. Expect nicely appointed old VT charm, a nice central gathering area with a wood burning fire and comfy chairs + games and puzzles. This is for sure - the breakfasts are really truly great. In the evening, walking access to Waterbury restaurants is also a big win. ”

“Warm and inviting welcome to the property. thank you, Rye. Really nice young man. We were actually able to get in a little early, which was nice. The king size room was wonderful with an in room Jacuzzi. The outdoor heated pool was very warm and inviting after skiing in the hot tub was great. Very hot. Bath robes in each room. The property is exceptionally well taken care of. Multiple different Style buildings at all work together quite well. All in all an exceptional property and a wonderful……

“We had a wonderful experience staying at the Black Lantern Inn. The Inn is location on the main street, and very easy to find. We didn't get to the property until 1:00 AM, and the property were decorated with Christmas lighting, which made it cozy and super easier find the place, especially when it was so dark out. There's a small parking lot between the two buildings, and our room was in the Burdette House. The buildings are vintage, but the room has all the towels and basic shampoos, and……

“Butler House speaks of itself: a house with the amazing management of a great butler - the result of the dedication of the owner, Paul and his wife. Paul was so friendly and though he was always busy at the breakfast room, he always checked if we needed help Our room was spacious, clean and tidy and offered everything we need.The kitchen is big and we enjoyed cooking there. I used their washing machine and dryer and detergent and softener were available. Highly recommended for couples……
