“This hotel is very close to places to eat and access to the highways that take you into the Black Hills. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I didn't have an iron or a desk chair when I arrived but they quickly found one for me. The hotel is beginning to show signs of wear. Breakfast was exactly the same for the three mornings I was there. Standard breakfast food and only a few small oranges. There weren't a lot of families staying when I was there due to the middle of the week,……

“Breakfast was excellent, room was very nice, staff very friendly, hot tub little gross looking with nasty band-aid floating but overall very satisfied and I would definitely stay there again. I would rate it 4.75 out of 5. Band-aid was from an irresponsible guest. ”

“Room was nice, breakfast was good, exercise room was good, pool looked good although I didn’t go in. Staff was moody. Girl at check-in told me to wait while she typed on the computer for a few minutes, after I had driven 400 miles at the age of 69. Sort of pissed me off. As well the board employee who is smoking on the back door multiple times when I tried to bring bags in, and he forced me to smell his cancer sticks. Lowlife slovenly. So the place is not perfect, but the room is decent at……

“I will say, the only reason I am not giving this a better rating is because nowhere on the website or when we made the reservation were we told that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, and the key amenities we were looking for (namely the swimming pool for our kids, and the hot fresh breakfasts) were not going to be available. I don't care how friendly the staff is, or how nice the rooms, when this level of restriction is not publicized prior to booking, it is an extremely poor look……
