「Great location, safe, and clean. It is an older complex so the unit is definately a little worn but the furniture was nice and the beds are comfortable. However, it is a downstairs unit and you can hear every footstep upstairs. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best spot for you. 」

「The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables.
