The Emanuel then said he had another place for us but kept ignoring our question of where it was and never actually sent a place. "Check in was terrible. Had no instructions and did not know what to do. Called Vrbo telephone number and got a woman who could barely speak english. Se sent us an email with instructions. "

"Two things important to note: This is a 2nd floor apartment, and we had 3 octogenerians with us; and there is one assigned parking spot and others will be towed. The three visitor spots were taken while we were there, which leaves street parking a ways from the apartment.The apartment is clean and the furniture is comfortable.
