「It was very clean and bed was so comfortable. Great all around experience.」

「Not fancy, but a nice place to stay. The free breakfast is minimal, but OK. The bathroom lighting is not great, and there are no towel racks, but it was clean. I had to ask for a tub mat, as the tub was very slippery. The temperature setting on the A/C was a bit weird, but it was quite effective. The parking seemed to be secure.」

「I booked on Expedia 11 months in advance and requested a joining rooms with the other room I booked. Called the property at the time also and then called the property a week in advance confirming. One room was booked with a joining rooms capabilities but the other on a different floor. They were able to move us to the same floor but still not the same. Clearly with a little planning we could have been accommodated since the people on the other side of the a joining room didn’t request it.」

「The rooms were clean but the daily refresh of he room (stayed 4 nights)was limited. I had fresh towels everyday but garbage was not taken out day to day, Kleenex was not refilled after running out, paper coffee cups were not replenished day to day. the bed spread and blankets were pulled up but the bed was not "made". These are all something we are used to from other hotels but was not a "requirement".」

「The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He moved a fily with a barking dog to a different part of the hotel. He also, when we had trouble with the remote for the TV came and helped us manage finding TV stations.」

「We didn’t partake in adult beverages there at the HPI so can't really comment on that. But everything else was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay!!」

「We were in the building with one other guest! It was quiet and very comfortable! The breakfast meal was superb! The young woman that prepared the food was an artist! I have never had an omelet so light and tasteful! The Rose Room had a private balcony, that allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the weather! I definitely will stay there again!」
