“My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this rental about a dozen times over the course of 6 months. Every stay was great! The house was clean and well thought out for guests. It was stocked with snacks and basic groceries, and extra toiletries in case you forget something. They even have a small collection of toys that my kids loved to play with on every stay. Sherry and Mike work on site and are extremely responsive and helpful for any questions that we had. We have stayed at almost……

With having 9 kids under one roof it was so nice to have a pool, pool table, spa whirlpool, Foosbal....just an amazing set up for keep everyone busy and having fun! “The home was very inviting….from the musical instruments to the jacuzzi tub! The neighbors were hospitable and the park across the street was great for playing football and soccer with our grandchildren. Our host was gracious and quickly reminded when needed. The cottage would be great to stay on a rainy day!”

“Overall, the house and location were good. The kitchen could use additional cooking items. There weren’t any mixing bowls or a spaghetti lifter. Also, the house rules instructed us to only use pool towels at the pool, however, there were only 2 towels for a 6 person house.”

“We were in town for an Air Force Jet Pilot Pinning, so we were not in the house for a long period of time, but everything was super clean and ample supplies were available. We truly appreciated the ability to bring our dog. It’s a great house and had a great yard. We would use it again if we returned.”

“My sister and I had a really nice time staying here in this shabby chic unit. Everywhere we looked there was something new to see. We loved the repurposed items..such clever uses. Everything was neat, fresh smelling and clean. The residential neighborhood is located in an area where taking a morning run or walk is safe with minimal traffic. We would gladly stay here for another visit with family who live in Wichita Falls.”

“The property was really clean and centrally located. It is an older home in an older neighborhood. The ac/heater, internet, water pressure and temperature were great. Did not use the kitchen. We fit 2 trucks and a medium size suv in the driveway. Would not recommend parking on the street. Too narrow and by a curve. Back yard is fenced (part privacy, rest chainlink) definitely kept our dog in. The cons were the grass needed mowed as it was tall for our dog and we had trouble with the key pad. The……

“This is our second visit to this retreat, our favorite place to go for rest and relaxation. The house is perfect, the animals are great, the atmosphere inside and outside are truly beautiful. This is a place to go if you want quality time together and enjoy the wildlife. It is isolated and that is what we enjoy. The hosts are so great. We plan on another visit here in the fall.”

“An old house that's seen better days (some things are a bit "wonky" and electrical sockets are at a minimum), but it's very clean and serviceable. Valentina has added numerous nice touches and there is a very nice washer/dryer. The kitchen is small, but well equipped, and the appliances are in great condition. The location is within easy reach of all things in Wichita Falls. Thanks, Valentina for your hospitality and responsiveness when we had questions!”
