"I’m got charge 2x for my room, i checked in around 8:30 pm and checked out at 5am. I need a refund. A/C was loud, we requested for wake up call it didn’t happen, we called many times for room service no answer. But the receptionist the following day on May 5th was very good. We missed the shuttle service for 2 mins along with the other guests, he called the driver to come back right away so we will not be late for our flight. "

"The room itself exceeded our groups expectations especially for the price! The staff was courteous and friendly. Valet was seamless whenever we needed the car. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would stay again!"

"Great breakfast, long lines. Assigning and staggering breakfast times may help. "

"The breakfast could have been better I don't eat pork everyday was pork and the elevator didn't work I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs"

"Overall it’s a great hotel. The only downside of this hotel is the Samsung tvs don’t give you access to apps like Netflix Hulu etc. I love the location being right across the street from Mercedes Benz stadium. The room layout is great. The bed and sheets are comfortable. I love the platform bed style. The bathroom feels like a luxury hotel. All of the staff were nice and accommodating from the front desk to security to valet to cleaning staff to restaurant/bar staff simply everybody. The rooftop restaurant is great the food was tasty and super fresh. They had a DJ since it was Cinco de Mayo that added to the view and great vibes."

"The room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and a lot of discoloration on the floor. The description says a shower/bath combo but it is just a shower. The bed is HORRIBLE. It is probably as comfortable as a sidewalk to sleep on. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work well so it was always hot in the room. The toilets are LOUD, you will hear all those around you being flushed. Parking is either valet or self parking in a sketchy garage, both are expensive. Overall I don’t recommend this room at all. The only this it has going for it would be the location. Personally I will never stay at the Hyatt again. Trust me when I say keep looking and avoid this property."

"Pros: great location for what I needed Cons: -Poor staffing and valet staff smelled like W eE d -door key wouldn’t work, had to go down to front desk 4 times before they fixed the issue -only 1 elevator worked so wait time was literally 10 minutes and having to go back and forth to the front desk was a nightmare. -stair doors to the floor and elevators requires a key card which mine didn’t work so that another issue -valet people “lost” my vehicle -room had peeling paint Over all I would not stay here again "
