Seafront home with unobstructed views of the shoreline in charming Jonstorp. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms, an open kitchen, and a living area—ideal for families or friends seeking a peaceful coastal getaway. Located along the Skåneleden trail with direct access to nature and the sea. Enjoy sunrises, fresh sea air, and a private outdoor space in a calm, scenic setting.

The space
The property has three bedrooms and two living areas.

The first floor consists of:
- one bedroom with a king-size bed,
- a fully equipped kitchen with a round table for 6,
- a larger living room with a fireplace and several sofas,
- a dining area that seats 6 people,
- a 70-inch smart TV with the latest TV apps,
- a small storage room,
- a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bathtub, which will be made available for larger bookings (6 guests).

The first floor consists of:
- bedroom one with two single beds, a small closet, and one nightstand,
- Bedroom two has a bunk bed and an additional sofa bed that is 140 cm wide,
- a bathroom with a shower,
- a larger living area with several sofas and a fantastic view of Skälderviken Bay.

To accommodate children at our property, we have 3 folding beds with thin mattresses. Adults may use these, though it is not recommended.

There is a large parking area in front of the house that easily fits three cars. You are welcome to use the covered patio in the backyard for social gatherings.

The fence on the lower side of the garden opens onto the rocky shoreline.

We have an inflatable kayak (Itiwit) available for rent at an additional fee. You’ll receive two personal flotation devices, paddles, and equipment to inflate and deflate the kayak. For details, please let us know.

Other things to note
The property is located on the 9-kilometer hiking trail (Skåneleden - 'SL5') between Jonstorp and Arild. You’ll pass several nice cafes where you can grab a coffee and enjoy a fika. One of our favorites and a place we highly recommend is “Flickorna Lundgren,” which offers freshly bakery items during the season.

For wine testing, be sure to add a visit to “Södåkra Vingård” during the summer months to your itinerary.

A little further west lie Kullaberg and Mölle, which offer stunning views of the Sound. The Skåneleden hiking trail continues southward from here toward Höganäs and Helsingborg.

Your nearest ICA supermarket is in Jonstorp, and there’s a much larger one called Citigross in Höganäs.

The property does not have a charging station for your car. We recommend that you charge it in Höganäs, which is about a 10-minute drive away.

Your cleaning fee includes bed linens and towels.
