I will never know how the rooms are. The property representative was not available for check in and never responded to my calls or texts. The Expedia rep blamed me for not contacting the property “24 hours” before check in as mentioned in special instructions. Ok, my mistake! Still, even Expedia was unable to reach the property! I had to book a room at a different motel. If there was a family emergency I understand, hopefully that wasn’t the case.

Quaint nicely decorated cabins. Check in was difficult the office was closed. No instructions on the door. Had to call their phone number to find out which room and code- we should have been sent those instructions earlier in the day

The ac leaked the entire time we were there. We tried to contact them and they wouldn’t answer once they did their fix was to throw towels on top of it. And they never once came back in to change out the towels so then we were stepping on soaked towels…. I tried to contact them by email, text and phone and they NEVER answered and that was before we even got there the road noise was insane!!! This was my first and my last visit to Westport inn!!!

Unable to check in. Check-in desk door indicates they have no check-in times on Sundays. Called, left message, texted, messaged in app, drivey around property, waited over an hour. Could not check in. Still no response even the next day.

I called, and left voicemail, texted and emailed several times and never got a reply back . I had to get a hotel room and also cancelled my bank card so the transaction wouldn’t go through !

When I went there for check in front desk was closed. I had to call multiple times and left voice mails. After 20-25 mins I got a text with check in instructions. I was disappointed with service. The room is small. Two adults can stay.

No one was available for check in, a total fiasco. Smells of smoke in room and I was able to get a different room. No hairdryer. Shower curtain liner smelled and was filthy. I never even showered because it was so bad. No place to hang anything unless you are 6 feet. A truly horrible experience from the moment I arrived.
