The home is conveniently accessible by paved roads, and free on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles directly at the property.

Self check-in is easy with a Yale smart lock, we'll send your personal entry code before your stay.

- PARKING -
Free parking in the driveway and alongside the property (up to 6 vehicles). Please keep vehicles off the paved street and never block neighbors' driveways.

- ARRIVAL / ROAD CONDITIONS -
A short portion of the drive is on a maintained dirt road. Passable in most vehicles, but an SUV or truck is recommended during wet months. We'll send the best paved route before arrival.

- OCCUPANCY -
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests total, day or night, strictly enforced by the host and San Bernardino County.

- EVENTS & PARTIES -
Events, parties, and gatherings are not permitted without prior written consent.

- COMMERCIAL FILMING -
Professional photoshoots or filming require prior written consent and a location fee. Casual social-media filming is welcome, tags appreciated!

- QUIET HOURS -
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, strictly enforced along with occupancy limits. No speakers/sound systems, no parties at any time. San Bernardino County noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $1,000.

- DESERT ENVIRONMENT -
This home sits in a natural desert setting. Ultrasonic deterrents and insect repellent help keep wildlife at a distance, but guests may still occasionally encounter wildlife, insects, and uneven natural terrain, please supervise children outdoors at all times.

- HOT TUB + COWBOY POOL & WATER SAFETY -
Hot tub is typically set to 100F; the cowboy pool is unheated. All water amenities are used at guests' own risk, no lifeguard on duty, children must be supervised, no diving, glass, pets, or excessive alcohol/drug use in the water. A spa technician services the hot tub and pool each Monday, 1 to 3 PM (brief backyard access only).

- FIRE PIT & FIRE SAFETY -
Please use the fire pit and chiminea only as instructed with the complimentary firewood provided. No outside wood-burning fires, fireworks, or firearms. County fire regulations are strictly enforced.

- PET POLICY -
Pets welcome (max 2) with a $100 pet fee, added to the reservation and paid prior to check-in. Pets must be house-trained and supervised; guests must clean up after them. Unauthorized pets result in a minimum $500 fee.

- SMOKING -
No smoking or vaping inside. Smoking permitted outdoors only, 30+ feet from doors/windows. Violations result in a minimum $1,500 cleaning fee.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -
Exterior cameras face the front entrance and driveway only, no cameras monitor interior or private outdoor spaces, including the Stardeck and patio.

- LIABILITY -
By booking, guests accept the risks associated with the property and its amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor activities, wildlife, terrain, weather). Guests are responsible for any short-term-rental ordinance or county fines incurred during their stay.

We offer a seamless self check-in experience so guests can arrive comfortably and settle in at their own pace.
