With ample space, entertainment and simple home tranquility, you'll have the entire 6 acres and 2,300 square feet of our home to unwind.

The Wesley's kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a great meal, and we're located just 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the park entrance.

We are located just down the road and happy to help with any recommendations or amenity bookings, such as an in-home massage or chef.

Our home is backed up against Joshua Tree National Park, with incredible views over the quiet neighborhood and our many Joshua Trees, cacti and wildlife. At just 5 minutes from downtown and 10 from the park entrance, you'll have a serene home base for all that Joshua Tree offers.

Please note that we strictly enforce outdoor noise rules and penalties.
There should be no outdoor noise after 9pm.

Guests are expected to be respectful of nature, neighbors and noise levels.

Pets
◦ Pet Fee $195
-We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!

◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.

◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour
◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address
* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee
