“Except we were email/ call 3 times with 24 hours before check-in (I couldn’t help but guessed it was due to they had nobody working after 9pm), everything was beating expectation. Room was decent. Service was excellent - TV remote was available (for our device to connect to hdmi) the minute we asked ; room was cleaned, bed were made, towel replaced, bathroom was cleaned, garbage was cleared daily - which was not the case in most of the motel. We were so excited to bbq in motel public area……

“Beautiful property, lack of response from hosts, no interaction at all was a bit disconcerting. The second room with bunk beds can get hot and would benefit from fans as there is only AC in main bedroom. The setting and patio were pretty and the location is fantastic for park entrance. I do not recommend getting there after dark. We did, unintentionally, and it was so confusing to find, there is no signage on gates or at property to let you know you're there. We figured it out but it was rough……

“Our stay at this property is one of the best stays we’ve had. Not only was it decorated in such a cute way, it was cozy and the perfect place to lay our head at night. The hot tub was so relaxing after a day of hiking and running around Joshua Tree. Watched the sun set from the swing chairs and it truly was beautiful. Would definitely come back to this property.”
