The property features a private entrance and self-check-in for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

Location, location, location! This is nearly the best location in Joshua Tree : a few minute walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants, half a mile to the Joshua Tree National Park Visitor Center, 10 minute drive to the entrance of the National Park, 12 minutes to Yucca Valley, 18 minutes to 29Palms.



Other Things to Note:

* City Requirements: The City of Joshua Tree may require an additional written contract, which will be sent to you before your arrival. You will also be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of your vehicles. This verification is submitted on a platform called SuiteOp after your reservation is confirmed.

* Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* Hot Tub: Heating for the hot tub is complimentary for your enjoyment.

* Cancellation Policy: Guests receive a 100% refund if canceling within 48 hours of booking, and a 50% refund if canceling at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.

* Holiday Bookings: Please note that we do not allow cancellations for reservations during holiday and special event weekends.

Our professional housekeeping team follows rigorous cleaning and disinfecting protocols using EPA-registered products before every arrival.
