“Did not like no daily house keeping and no continental breakfast”

“Modern building, great location, very clean, responsive property manager. When we arrived, the place was set to an away temperature, and it took hours for that to come up to a comfortable level/could have been set to go up that morning ahead of guest arrival. Couch/seating could have been larger and more comfortable in front of TV. Primary bedroom a little tight - no luggage racks or dressers/not much room to move alongside bed. A little challenging to access front door with code. Having indoor……

“Beautiful, clean and well-located house.”

“This house was exactly what we were looking for to relax after our daughter’s wedding! The house and the grounds were so inviting and well stocked with everything we needed. The location is excellent - and the recommendations of what to do/see very thorough and appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent. We really enjoyed our visit and hope to be back soon!”

“Location is good. Easy bike ride to potawami State Park and downtown sturgeon Bay. It is on highway C which does get a bit of traffic but we didn't notice with the windows closed. The shower is small but functional. The two-car garage is great for storing our e-bikes. We had a very good stay. Price was very good and much nicer staying here than in the hotel.”

“Carrie was a wonderful host! Her communication was quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. This was my first time visiting Sturgeon Bay, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The property was spotless, had easy parking, and was located in the cutest, most charming building just steps from downtown. It was the perfect home base for exploring everything the area has to offer. One of my favorite touches was the guide Carrie put together with recommendations for……

“The Birch Retreat apartment accommodations were very nice as described. Great large shower, but not a full kitchenette (only sink is in bathroom) but owner added lots of accessories to make it easy to do basic things. The property (and one other adjacent Plum Retreat apartment that I know of) is connected to lovely & gorgeous new Secret Gardens with a new small shop & on-site events developed by the owner; the Birch apartment is a renovated part of the re-development of the former Green Gables……

“Great location and views of the lake.Beautiful sunsets and lots of Pelicans to watch. The only negative is there were lots of spider webs outside. Our family had a great time!”

“This place is super cute with an excellent location. It is very small but ok for 2 people. The portable a/c had a hard time getting it cooled below 79-80. It was very hot out and it is an upstairs unit so we understood. It did not come with hangers or ice trays so we had to purchase those which we thought was a bit strange, luckily we were close to a dollar store. The fridge is very small and due to the amount of food we brought couldn't keep it very cold. If you eat out more than we did you……

“We have rented multiple vacation homes and condos through the years, but this was the most thoughtfully equipped venue we’ve ever booked. The condo was immaculate, and I’m a very picky guest! Communication was effortless and timely. Clear instructions were left for our stay. The location is perfect! You are right across from the water with multiple shops and restaurants just steps away. Enjoy!”

“We spent 2 days there. First time I rented a cabin. I like that all of us could sit around in the living room and be comfortable. I already recommended the cabin to family who like to fish.”
