Here is a breakdown of our nightmare experience: • Unlivable Conditions: They crammed four of us into a shockingly tiny 100-square-foot room. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no working HVAC. With four bodies in such a small space and zero air circulation, the room was genuinely suffocating. • Dismissive Service: Desperate for some air, we went down to the front desk to ask why the climate control wasn't working. Instead of an apology, a fan, or a room change, the staff was entirely unhelpful. Their grand solution? "Just open the window." • The Final Insult: The window they pointed to opened directly over a main street that is deafeningly loud 24/7. When we pointed out that the constant traffic and street noise would make sleep impossible, the front desk actually handed us cheap foam earplugs so we could "keep the window open." Between the suffocating heat, the claustrophobic quarters, and the sheer audacity of the staff offering earplugs instead of basic ventilation, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else in Madrid."
