「Hello, When we got in the afternoon on the 10th the receptionist was mad at me for not saying hello. She had a bad attitude which did not look professional for the establishment. I was supposed to arrived on the 9th at the hotel but due to an incident in Miami with a plane crash I got there on the 10th I was told by the receptionist I was going to get an email from the manager so I could check out on the 14th free of charge. I never got the email whatsoever. I ended up checking out on the 13th...

「酒店距離市中心較遠，要坐火車5个站才能到SOL. 另外行去火車站都要15～20分钟。若是驾車这裡就最好選擇。 有Free packing.另外去其他地方都好方便。早餐尚算O K。」

「I give this hotel 4 stars because the first night our window faced the parking lot and our door was next to staff entrance. We got moved to another room in 2nd floor, and no complaints, all beautiful even the decor was nicer than previous room. The staff was extremely helpful, they make our stay very comfortable but the first night was rough . Definitely, you need a car if you are staying at this hotel.」

「The staff is nice and usefull, but definitely under staff. The rooms are clean but the floors and furniture shows the tear and wear, need some renovations. The best part is the €15Chinese buffet inside the Hotel, seadfood is good and price definitely reasonable. If you want eat well and fast thats the place to go. The restaurant in the corner, Los Madroños is excelent, even a little pricey. inside parking is available for €5 daily. Well located,supermarket at the left corner, i recommend the...

「Good location with metro station nearby, only 30 minutes ride to Madrid city centre with the sub urban train. With a large shopping center nearby and free parking. Just pretty strange that the fridge is not able for cooling but just keep at room temperature.」
