Only two cars in tandem are permitted to park in the driveway. Do not exceed this requirement. Any additional cars will need to park on public streets.
City Ordnance prohibits bonfires on location

For your upcoming stay, I would recommend prior to your arrival that you read the instructions below and should you have any questions please feel free to contact me. For your knowledge, same day notification of early check-in`s we are unable to support due to the preparation effort for home readiness of your arrival.
For events that will be happening during the weekend of your stay in Julian there are event listings via Google at the Julian Chamber of Commerce - Calendar of Events website. It is a very comprehensive list that is kept up by daily.
When you and your group arrive please notate the following:
1. Door Code for entry is will provided to guests prior to their arrival applies to all keyless entries, EXCEPT THE GARAGE (NO ENTRY IS PERMITTED). Check-in is at 4:00 pm. The main entry is upstairs through the balcony.
2. WIFI Password: QR Code provided at property.
3. When you arrive please do a complete walk through of the home and let me know within 24 hours if there are any problems.
4. Furniture (interior or exterior) - ensure that all furniture is returned to their proper place. This also includes centerpieces, pottery and any home décor. Any damages will incur additional charges to your account.
5. Used Towels - ensure that all used towels are placed in the laundry room for hamper washing.
6. IF YOU ARE BAKING A TURKEY or some type of roast we do have a pan to accommodate.
7. There is complimentary coffee in the refrigerator with sugar and cream in the canisters next to coffee pot.
8. We have disabled the ice maker in the freezer due to COVID. I would recommend that you bring a bag of ice for your use.
9. There is also complimentary teas in the pantry. Cooking oil and cooking spray. Salt and pepper. Bring enough food, most stores close by 5 pm some at 8 pm.
10. Local Restaurants; are open . Ensure you bring your facial masks, some stores and restaurants vary in their policies.
11. Should you decide to use the BBQ you will need to use the matches that are located by the pot belly stove(s). There is also a table for six in back of the house by the grill for your comfort. Should you need propane, you can refill the tank at the local gas stations located on Main Street.
12. Gas Fire Pits - We have two gas fire pits. 1) Front court yard is self ignite with the gas tank stored in a black box next to benches. 2) Gazebo in backyard, has a key on the side that you turn for gas and ignite with the matches that`s stored by the pot belly stove(s). Please do not roast any food items over the flames. Ensure that gas tanks are off when not in use. Should you need propane, you can refill the tank at the local gas stations located on Main Street.
13. Board games are located upstairs in the lower part of the hallway closet between the two rooms. Please ensure that pieces of the games are returned into their respective boxes and put away.
14. There are extra towels in the hallway cabinets upstairs and in the hallway cabinets downstairs and Master bathroom.
15. We ask that you place all your used towels in the hamper downstairs laundry room.
16. There are two extra pillows in each room within the closets for your comfort.
17. Extra down blankets are located in the upstairs hallway cabinets and in the Master Bedroom downstairs in the walk-in closet.
18. Air Mattresses are located downstairs in the Master Bedrooms walk-in closet inside the corner cubby.
19. Should you use the Pot Belly stoves; 1) upstairs is a wood fire stove, extra wood is located beneath the outside stair well. The matches are located on the hearth by the stove. 2) Downstairs is a pellet stove (electric), there is an orange bucket next to the door that contains pellets for your use. The pellets in the orange bucket should be sufficient for your stay. If you run out of pellets, you can purchase a bag of pellets at the gas station on Main Street.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN LIGHTING AND USING THE STOVES.
20. Other heating: In the upstairs living room, there is a remote control located below the TV in the living room that turns on the Mini Split system which is both an A/C Unit and heater. The home DOES NOT have central air system. Each bathroom has its own wall heater, please ensure they are turned off when not in use. The downstairs bathroom wall heater provides enough heat to warm up the Master Bedroom downstairs.
21. Inventory - We take full inventory of our home after each guests departure. Any missing or broken items will be billed to your account.
