「The front desk staff was not helpful when requesting to edit my stay. Due to family emergency. Staff referred me back to Expedia however it was the hotel management to make that decision.」

「So we came from San Diego for an event across the street and it took a little over an hour to get there, when we arrived there was no one on site and a note on the door and window saying to call for the staff. We did that for over an hour and no one answered or showed up. During that time four other sets of travelers came and also had no room and due to comic con there were no rooms in the whole of San Diego to here.
