“Very cozy and in a great location for what we needed. The clubhouse pool was perfect for us and not busy, but we met some sweet people there. The first pic does make it look like that is the pool in the listing but it’s not-however, you can still go to the PGA restaurant and use it. It does catch your attention but not exactly what you will have full access to. The beach passes were excellent and amazing and just 20 mins away!!! The negatives-cleaning certainly was lacking in corners and……

“Two unusually good things about this property: privacy and the way it is stocked. I’ve stayed at a couple of dozen different higher end properties, and none has ever been stocked like this one! Huge selection of games and puzzles, all in excellent condition, guest slippers and robes in every bathroom, their outdoor equipment was thorough and all in amazing shape. They also had “surprises” throughout the property that you will stumble upon. I don’t want to ruin it for any future guests, but trust……

“The condos are spacious and adequately equipped. Valets were great. The view of the water was gorgeous. The downside was the temperature was quite warm in the unit despite turning the thermostat down. This made it very difficult to sleep.”

“This is the second time we have rented this beach house. There are several reasons why we picked the very same house again. This property has everything! I’ve never stayed at a place that you didn’t have to bring anything or worry about cleaning up before you leave. You have the bay on one side and ocean front on the other. They have any beach supplies you could want, a small pool that was awesome, and any household item you could think of. Besides filling the fridge with your particular items……

“This place generally exceeded our expectations. Great kitchen and living room, spacious bedrooms and everything well appointed and recently remodeled. Internet and TV service excellent. Appliances top-notch, along with dishes/cookware, etc. A couple of small dings but in no way would I not recommend you stay here: 1. Tile floors looked fine and clean but our clean feet soon looked dirty after a couple hours of padding around the house. I think it just needs one deep clean to solve this. 2.……

“Large spacious house, clean, and nice touches with a basket of coffee pods and snacks, very nice pool. It suited our purposes quite well. The only issue, the light over the front door was out, and there was no washer and dryer.”

“Absolutely wonderful property! When it says it comes with everything, it literally comes with everything! From condiments, plates and coffee to kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets and even gaming systems, this place had it all! Having access to the beach and inlet was so nice. Evening fires were the highlight of the trip. Al was so responsive and easy to work with! If you have the opportunity to book this place, do it! I promise you won’t regret it!!!”

“Rooms have been renovated but the staples need updated also. Tried to iron an outfit and the iron spilled water all over. Needed blow dryer and it was broken (they did bring a new one). Room was nice and clean and bed comfortable but the AC seemed to only allow a certain setting at night. Was warmer than we liked. Staff was friendly at front desk but seemed confused at some questions. I’m assuming because they are just back from renovations. Pool closed still under renovation so was a bummer.……
