  • Welcome to Unit 48 Seafront Estate – Family Fun & Comfort in Jurien Bay

    Perfectly positioned in the heart of Jurien Bay, Unit 48 at Seafront Estate is a fantastic choice for families and groups looking for a fun and relaxing coastal getaway. Overlooking the pool and just a short walk across the road to stunning beaches, fishing spots, the skate park and recreational areas, everything you need is right at your doorstep.

    Within the complex, enjoy the sparkling swimming pool, toddler-friendly wading pool and communal BBQ facilities—ideal for entertaining or cooking your fresh catch. Kids will love the large, grassed areas, perfect for playing, scooting, and riding safely within the complex. Pool open 8am-7pm.

    Property Features:
    • Sleeps up to 8 guests, bedding configuration: 2 Queen beds & 2 Bunk beds (bunks not suitable for adults)
    • Air-conditioning in the living area and master bedroom
    • Overlooks the swimming pool
    • Parking for 2 cars, with space suitable for a large boat
    • Complimentary Wifi
    • Modern appliances throughout

    Entertainment & Extras:

Little bit extra

Excellent accommodation. The extra little things were provided which was unexpected like the kitchen appliances/utensils had everything and more. Comfortable lounges and beds. Shower hot water pressure was great. I would absolutely stay at this accommodation again.

Excellent location and amenity

Very neat and tidy property, centrally located to all the great things at Jurien Bay. Very enjoyable to sit on the back patio and watch the sunset over the pool.

Great location, tired apartment

Great complex, facilities (pool, grass, bbq) and our Second time at this complex (in different apartments) and we enjoyed our stay. apartment is Pretty tired, simple things.

Disappointed.

Hot water electricity system faulty kept switching off.could not shower as water wasn't hot. Mould in bedroom. Toilet in ensuite didn't flush. Cups,cutlery and glasses in cupboards dirty. Blinds broken. Carpet dirty. Cupboards broken. Insufficient bedding.

Needs maintenance

Property great location but needs repairs. Kitchen cupboard doors fall off, tv didnt work, shower screen lose and a safety hazzard, mold in bedroom ceiling, utensils need upgrade. Overall good but property needs tlc.

This is a very nice unit, has everything you need for a family holiday, great kid frendly pool and BBQ area, loads of space for the kids to play, safe and no traffic,close to town and 2 minute work to the beach, will stay again, recommend for a relaxing holiday.
